We recently stayed at a boutique hotel that was an absolute hidden gem. the staff were friendly and genuine in their service and hospitality. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a generous spa bath and a comfortable sofa seating area. the hotel restaurant offered some of the best food we've ever had and the ambiance was fantastic. We loved the eclectic artworks that decorated the hotel and made for interesting conversation. the location was ideal, with plenty of sights nearby to explore.

That parking was limited, but the staff were helpful in pointing out nearby options. the noise level in the room was a bit loud, as we could hear people walking around upstairs and traffic outside.

The service during breakfast was pleasant, and the view from the hotel was lovely. the hotel provided a decent experience for business travelers.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room, such as a dirty glass in the handbasin and dusty blinds.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service with exclusive amenities tailored to our needs. the rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished, with a spectacular Sun terrace and private facilities that created a peaceful haven in the heart of the city. the in-room breakfast was indulgent, with special diet menus that catered to our every whim. the restaurant served world-class cuisine and cocktails, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the area.

Our only minor issue was the outdoor dining area that could have been cleaner, with fake plants and cobwebs that detracted from the beauty of the Garden area. the shower design was not well thought out, with a slippery floor and low extraction fan that caused a slight hazard.
