The LOCATION of Novotel is truly EXCELLENT. I found it very convenient to explore Hamilton with my family. A special shoutout to Susan for securing us the BEST ROOM with a GREAT VIEW.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the friendly and accommodating reception staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the size of the room was perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable. the bathroom was well-appointed, and I really enjoyed the fantastic shower. the location of the hotel, next to the Wakaito river, was absolutely great. my experience at Novotel was excellent.

The room at Novotel Tainui was spacious and well-designed, making it easy for someone with physical handicaps to navigate. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was incredibly cozy. The bathroom was luxurious and didn't require a bathtub. The internet worked well and the staff provided exceptional customer service.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel! The central location was perfect for exploring the city and taking long walks along the beautiful river with its great selection of eateries along the way. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff on reception and in-room service to the housekeeping and bell staff who were always happy to help. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and garden furniture on the sun terrace.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of this hotel was convenient, with easy access to shops and attractions. We could easily walk to everything we needed. The spacious dining area was a plus, but unfortunately, we were one of the few guests in the 25% occupied restaurant. The outside area looked like a nice spot to relax, but the placement of tables on the edge of the garden was very dangerous.

The musty smell in the room detracted from the otherwise comfortable atmosphere.

We enjoyed the complementary treats in the room and the breakfast was good. the location was also great, within walking distance to many attractions. We loved the romantic atmosphere of the city.
