Our stay at Novotel was fantastic! We were in Wellington for a few days and the hotel's location was perfect. A convenient lift took us directly to Lambton Quay, the main street, and the city views from our room were magical. It was great that we didn't need a vaccine pass to stay, only for using the gym or restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the car park next door was secure, and the beds were super comfortable. The highlight was the delicious breakfast and the knowledgeable reception staff. a wonderful experience!

The bed at Novotel was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were luxuriously soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having the billing information displayed on the TV in the room, allowing us to easily keep track of our expenses before checking out. The room itself was beautifully presented, offering great value for the price we paid. And the location was perfect for exploring Wellington on foot, with the added bonus of the airport shuttle bus stopping right outside the back entrance.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to find our room was ready. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The location was very central and convenient for sightseeings. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is right in the heart of everything and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff here were incredible, with perfect service and appropriate offers of help. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including in-room air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the in-room breakfast that was available.

the rooms were inviting and comfortable, with nicely appointed furnishings. the staff were polite and professional, and the included breakfast each morning was complete and enjoyable. I loved the convenience of being able to screen-cast Netflix from my phone to the large TV in the room. the hotel bar had a surprisingly decent selection of beers, and I appreciated the classy touch of chilled water with lemon or orange. it was a comfortable stay at a great hotel with high standards.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, with easy access straight down to the main shopping area and other central city locations. It's also convenient for football fans as the stadium isn't too far away. The lift to Lampton Quay is a plus. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great, and the prime parking building next door is very convenient.

Rooms are spotless, location is prime, and staff are accommodating under pressure. Luggage assistance was a pleasant surprise and restaurant food is delicious. A quiet and serene stay with great energy and multicultural guests. Highly recommend for city convenience and comfort.

It was comfortable and provided a lovely view of the water. the room was also very clean, which added to our overall satisfaction. the staff at Novotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our weekend stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel valued and welcome. the hotel's restaurant offered a wonderful dinner experience, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. We couldn't believe the value for money we received. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of Wellington. We could easily access the city with a quick elevator ride. I cannot express enough how highly I recommend this hotel!
