Our room was absolutely stunning, with a spacious kitchen and double mirrors in the bathroom. But the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from our balcony - it was jaw-droppingly amazing! We couldn't resist bringing back our dinner just so we could soak in the view. The free shuttle to town was a great perk, and we also enjoyed taking a bike ride along the nearby track and having lunch by the water. our experience was fantastic and we can't wait to come back. The view was beautiful, the rain showerhead was mind-blowing, and the spaciousness of the suite was lovely. The staff even left a special gift for our anniversary, which was a super nice touch. The view from the outdoor area was absolutely STUNNING, with the lake and mountains in sight. The room was incredibly spacious and had a cozy sitting area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with heated flooring, and a comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the free shuttle to the Town Centre was a nice bonus. Plus, the laundry facilities were fast and efficient, the housecleaning was fantastic , and the free wi-fi and parking made our stay even more convenient.

Some guests have complained about the lack of basic amenities in the kitchen, like cooking oil, salt, and pepper, which could be improved upon.

We had an exceptional view from our apartment, overlooking the beautiful lake. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, making our check-in after hours easy. Despite small car spaces, we were able to navigate through. Our apartment was clean and serviced daily. I highly recommend this hotel.
