The location of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with its stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. You can enjoy the great sunrise right from your room, or take a short walk to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The lodge also offers facilities like a communal living area, kitchen, and automatic lights in the bathroom areas.

There was an issue with the heating in the kitchen and lounge area, making it uncomfortable to cook and eat without warm clothing.

Lovely, clean lodge with inviting atmosphere. Self-catering with all necessary amenities. Helpful and friendly hosts. Beautiful location with ocean on one side and rolling fields on the other. Lush lawns and sheltered spots to enjoy the sun. Cozy communal area with wood burning fireplace. Private shower areas and clean communal bathrooms. Gracious hostess, went the extra mile. Hot tubs in lovely settings. Tranquil and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. the reception staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my luxurious needs were met during my stay. Located by a stunning beach, this hotel allows for easy access to take a relaxing stroll or take a dip in the crystal-clear waters. the Jacuzzi was a highlight, offering exclusive amenities to help unwind and relax.

Although the garden area was lovely, the outdoor seating was uncomfortable and needed cushions to make it more comfortable for extended periods.

We had an incredible stay at a lodge in Oamaru. the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us, even providing an extra bed for our son. the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. the hot tub was a highlight, especially for our 11-year-old. As a foodie, I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen. the immaculate bathrooms and the proximity to the beach and fossil hunting were definite bonuses. We were also pleasantly surprised at how close the lodge was to town, with easy access to a food store and restaurants. We're already planning to bring more family next time. This place is perfect for all, including those with limited mobility.
