The facilities in the room were top-notch, with everything well-designed and provided for travelers. I especially enjoyed the spa-bath and the filtered water tap, which were great bonuses. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city center, making it convenient to explore nearby amenities. the staff were friendly and housekeeping was responsive to any requests, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There was an issue with the air pump in the room. It was old and started leaking after a few uses, which was not ideal.

Plus, the spa bath was a highlight – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many cafes and restaurants close by. We could easily walk to shops and dining options anywhere in our time in the south island. The room had excellent facilities, such as a great spa, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The friendly welcome from the owner was a nice touch, and we appreciated the informative tour of the area.

The sofa bed on the ground floor took up most of the space in the 1 bedroom unit, which was a bit inconvenient as it needed to be remade every day.

Loved the complimentary milk and the clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. the hotel is located just a short walk from the main town center and its many shops and restaurants, making it super convenient. Plus, the view from the room was amazing.

The room had a large gap under the door and beside it, allowing drafts and light to enter. the location on the ground level provided no outlook, sunlight, or privacy from neighboring rooms.

Nonetheless, this didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the experience.
