Stunning views from my room overlooking Caroline Bay and the bustling street below. the warm and comfortable accommodations were well-appointed, with a great kitchen, cozy lounge area, and a comfortable bed. the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly, offering helpful tips for dining and directions. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to walk to town for shopping and dining options, with a fantastic restaurant nearby.

Pros: Indulged in epic, freshly made sandwiches, and dived into a cozy room with incredible views of Caroline Bay.

The lady at reception was more rugby-focused than we hoped, and the room's old-school vibe and the tricky shower were minor speed bumps in an otherwise stellar stay. Little hiccups, big flavors!

Had a fantastic view of Caroline Bay from our balcony. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean room. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony, overlooking Caroline Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Enjoyed the good views of the town from the window, especially during Christmas when the city was decorated with lights. the location was perfect, only a short walk to local restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived.

Our stay was not pleasant. the room was uncomfortably cold and the thin carpet did not help.
