Lovely B&B with cream tea on arrival and a fantastic breakfast. Great location near Sandringham and a clean room with a terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect if you're backpacking.

The location of the B&B was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and the seafront. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely garden that added to the charming atmosphere. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed and had a modern and well-equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. a great experience.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a babymoon at No.33 and it was a delightful break. From the warm welcome with afternoon tea to the fantastic breakfast, everything was superb. Our room, with its four poster bed, freestanding bath, and balcony, had a definite wow factor. The location, close to the sea, was ideal, and the free parking was a bonus. We loved every aspect of our stay, including the private patio area and the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

We had a romantic escape and the whole experience felt luxurious and chic. the facilities were of a high standard, with beautiful fittings and a superb bathroom. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the afternoon tea upon arrival was a delightful surprise. the location was also great, offering scenic views and easy access to nearby attractions. Our room had a balcony, which we loved, and the furnishings throughout the hotel were lovely.

Although our room had a balcony, the view was not as good as we expected. It looked out onto some buildings instead of the sea.

The location was perfect, being close enough to the beach to enjoy a quick walk and take in the breathtaking views. The complimentary tea and scones on arrival were a nice touch.

There were a few minor issues with cleanliness, such as dusty mirrors and cobwebs in the bathroom.

We had an absolutely stunning stay at No 33, a charming bed and breakfast located near the beach. The property was beautifully decorated and our room was simply stunning, equipped with all the amenities we could need. The breakfast served was of great quality, and we were also treated to a delightful cream tea upon arrival. The location was ideal for beach walking and bird watching, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Jane, the housekeeper, was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. We especially appreciated how welcoming they were to my Guide Dog, as not all accommodations are as accommodating. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk away. our experience at No 33 was fantastic and we would definitely come back in a heartbeat.
