Park Hyatt Auckland was a dream with numerous amenities like pools, sauna, and Le Labo toiletries adding luxury. Staff were attentive and helpful. While room readiness was delayed, the experience at Onemata made up for it. the location was perfect for exploring Auckland's landmarks nearby, enhancing family bonding.

Great value for the money, top-notch room with stunning views. Excellent location near the viaduct, staff went above and beyond.

The valet and front desk staff were super welcoming, the hotel dog chilling out in the lobby was a jaw-dropping touch of home comfort. the staff made me feel like a VIP from the moment I walked in. the room service meals were restaurant quality, and the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise. the pool and spa area was a hit, especially the warm outside pool in winter. the added technology extras were a nice touch too. DEFINITELY coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was exceptional, with impeccable room service. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including four bars and restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, and a sauna. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location on this property near the elevators offered a cruise ship-like experience with stunning harbor views through the pool area.

We were impressed by the modern touch screen light controls in our beautifully appointed room at Park Hyatt Auckland. The view of Waitemata harbor was simply breathtaking. The breakfast served in our room was the best we've ever had in a hotel, presented in a 'silver service' manner. The hotel's architecture is truly astounding.

The rooms were perfect for our needs and the pool/spa facilities were great. We loved being able to relax after a long day of exploring and the location was super convenient for all the sights we wanted to see.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived and it took a little while to get everything sorted out. Overall though, we still had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I had an unforgettable experience staying at a luxurious hotel near the harbor. The staff went above and beyond. The room was beautifully designed, with attentive service. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the views of the harbor were astounding. In addition, the hotel took on the look and feel of a cruise ship, making it a unique experience. I also enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail at the Captain bar, which was a great start to my evening.

Although everything else was fantastic, I would have preferred a TV in front of the bed for added comfort and entertainment. However, this was a minor issue and did not take away from my overall experience.

The venue was exquisite, boasting luxurious amenities that excelled our expectations. the service was exceptional, with staff always accommodating our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, equipped with quality facilities, including a steam room and infinity pool. the sauna offered a much-needed respite, ensuring complete relaxation. the room advantages were exclusive and surpassed any other hotel we have stayed in. the restaurant provided delectable in-room breakfast with special diet menus while the bar/lounge area was cozy, making for the perfect evening.

The one minor issue we encountered was the noisy nightlife. An inconvenience, but did not distract from the overall experience at this hotel.
