I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and I have to say I could not fault any of the staff - from the minute I checked in, at breakfast & checkout, they were all very courteous & helpful. The location of this place is fantastic, with a great balance between price and convenience. It made it easy for me to walk to various attractions and areas of interest. The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty, ensuring I started my day off right. The well-maintained facilities, such as the sauna and spa, were a real treat and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The staff here really work together as one big family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my time here.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the main bus stop and within walking distance from the city center. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa downstairs and the bar in the complex. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the staff, who were all Kiwis, made us feel right at home. Additionally, we really appreciated the fact that there was parking available, and we were even able to borrow umbrellas when it was raining. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The breakfast at Pavilions was amazing, especially the delicious pancakes. I also loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the museum and park. Although the bathroom was a bit outdated and had a strange smell, the room was cozy and warm with a heat pump. I had a comfortable stay at Pavilions and would recommend it to others.

We had such an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The staff was phenomenal too - they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities and air conditioning. The garden furniture outside was a great addition as we were able to relax and enjoy the outdoor scenery. The staff was super accommodating at the reception desk and we were able to book tours and get recommendations on things to do. The spa & wellness centre was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We had a great city break and enjoyed the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the hotel had a great central location and it was easy to explore the city on foot. the room had a comfortable bed and a great view of the skyline from the window.

We had some noisy neighbors who smoked and hogged the spa. the staff said they didn't know why we were upgraded to a bigger room for free, which felt suspicious and undermined our trust in the hotel.

The hotel was perfectly located for all our needs, close to the shops and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was clean with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The noise from other guests arriving late at night disrupted our sleep.

The room at Pavilions was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It had everything I needed and was warmed up to a perfect temperature upon my arrival. the on-site parking was great and the staff provided clear directions on where to park and how to reach my room. the WiFi worked very well, allowing me to work online without any interruptions or delays. the evening meals brought to my room were of high quality and delicious. the staff were all very helpful and took the time to chat with me. I also appreciated being able to check in early and check out late. it was a lovely place to stay and I felt well looked after. the location was convenient, with Merivale Mall just a short walk away.
