We loved our stay at Zero Hotel. The staff, including Rex, Carlos, and Leo, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our spacious room had a high ceiling and huge windows with an interesting view of the harbor and the city. The hotel's central location in Cerro Alegre was very convenient, and the beautiful terrace with an ocean view was the perfect spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was simple but ample, and the self-serve Honor Bar offered reasonable prices. we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Zero Hotel again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the boutique hotel. The highlight was definitely the multi-level terrace, surrounded by beautiful shrubs and flowers, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast overlooking the city and bay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, steeped in history, and well run. The staff were extremely friendly and provided a warm reception. Our room was comfortable and the bed was great. We were lucky to find such a lovely place to stay.

The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated with local materials. The bathroom was clean and had an efficient and responsive shower. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed dining in the lovely downstairs restaurant.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the bathroom windows and paint, could use updating.

What a great Easter break we had! The hotel had amazing views of the bay, which we could see through our bedroom windows. The location couldn't have been better, with all the major attractions within a few minutes' walk. We were delighted with the first-class breakfast, which set us up perfectly for the day. We also loved the quiet and calm garden where we could sit and relax in the sun.

That although we liked the interior, it didn't feel completely welcoming. The lighting could have been warmer to give a more cosy atmosphere.

the hotel was absolutely stunning - a beautiful colonial building with high ceilings, large windows, and spacious rooms. The terrace area had amazing views and plenty of seating to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with an issue we had. Highly recommended! I would stay there again if I return to Valparaiso.
