Just stayed at a LOVELY hotel in the port - walking distance to everything! the view from the room was amazing. Staff made our stay perfect. Would choose this place again! Even better than the photos. So happy! 🌅✨.

we were pleasantly surprised at Portside Hotel. the kitchenette was fantastic with all the amenities needed for a cozy meal. the comfy beds made for a good night's rest. the staff at reception and housekeeping were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. the view of the lake from our room was a highlight.

Not one thing, everything exceeded our expectations! 👌

The central location in Gisborne was superb, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderfully cozy bed and pleasant water views. Despite some noise from adjacent rooms and plumbing, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the great amenities and easy access to the town center.

The room had a cozy layout with a fully equipped kitchen and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, keeping us warm without even needing the heatpump! We loved the central location, being near cafes and restaurants, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring 🌞. the bathroom fan not working was a bit of a hassle when showering, but it didn't dampen the overall fantastic experience we had.

We hit up Hotel Triplets Entertainment and then crashed at this dope spot. the lounge was perfect for our late-night chill sessions. the receptionist was a legend, sorting us out with all we needed!

One thing to up the party vibe would be a more happening pool area for late-night hangs with friends.

I adored the elegant decor and cozy ambiance of the hotel. the lovely furniture and calming colors made it feel like a welcoming haven for us seniors. the easy access to common areas and the room made it effortless for us to move around comfortably.

I found the hotel very clean, with exceptional facilities. Its central location allowed me to easily walk to various top-rated restaurants and the bustling port.

The cramped spacing in the gym with only 4 machines available, making it difficult to get in a proper workout.

New Plymouth hotel provided the perfect base for exploring. Queenstown's great alpine region was breathtaking. Gisborne's relaxed ambience was delightful.

Lift only goes up, not down - great workout dragging heavy luggage downstairs.

The hotel lacks a restaurant, and some rooms face the carpark instead of the beautiful harbor view. a complimentary bottle of water was provided for two guests, and the studio was small for two people.
