Great location near CBD and nice heated pool, but reservation process was frustrating.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area on foot while also having handy access to the motorway. The staff stood out for their exceptional service, particularly at the front desk, and the complimentary breakfast featured delicious buffet pancakes and waffles. Overall, amenities were sufficient but could use smoother coordination.

The upgrade to a Junior Suite was a delightful surprise, offering ample space with a living area and fresh air from the windows that open.

The overall condition of the suite felt tired, indicating a need for a refresh in both décor and maintenance.

For great coffee, don’t miss their in-room coffee machine. it’s a delightful perk for your mornings.

Walkin' in, I was greeted like family! Staff were sweeter than peach pie, even lettin' me check in early. The room was clean as a whistle with comfy beds that felt like clouds. Breakfast had a spread, y’all, just scrumptious! Oh, and that coffee machine? Bless your heart! I could sip on that all day!

Our time at Pullman Auckland was lovely—spacious rooms, a fantastic breakfast buffet, and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us explore the city. The location made it easy to reach popular spots like the Sky Tower and Viaduct Harbour.
