I had the pleasure of attending a conference at Pullman, and my stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view from my room. The valet parking service was a lifesaver, especially with a conference to attend the next day. The only downside was that the room was slightly scruffy around the edges. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The staff were professional and welcoming. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were impressive. The service really stood out, especially with accommodating our requests. The on-site restaurant and lounge were nice with helpful staff. The location allowed for a 15-minute walk to the pier or Sky Tower area.

We had an amazing experience at Pullman. the moment we arrived, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They fulfilled our requests and even surprised us with a congratulations cake and card. the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were magnificent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I loved the warm welcome and friendly staff. The spacious room was perfect for my budget. The pool and gym facilities were exceptional and had everything I needed for a great workout. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were attentive. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with amazing food. the hotel exceeded my expectations and made my stay enjoyable.

The staff was so nice and helpful, they even gave us complementary drinks upon arrival! the hotel was in such a great location, we could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the room was so comfy and clean, we loved it! Another amazing service was the room service, it was so fast and the food was delicious. the hotel had an indoor pool, which was a bonus, and we enjoyed swimming in it for hours!

The only negative thing about our stay was that the shower could have been better. the shower head was a bit outdated, which made it hard to mix the water, and the pressure was not that strong.

Gorgeous breakfast buffet, tasty coffee, helpful staff, perfect pillows. Surprises for partner's birthday, extra dessert, professional and friendly staff. Good location. Friendly check-in, great room service. Love the spa, sauna, steam room, and pool facilities.

The location is perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions by walking or catching a taxi. You can even visit the Skytower, which is just a short distance away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment during your stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right. The hotel also features great facilities, such as a large safe and free internet.

The inconvenience of waiting for the elevator on the 10th floor due to the limited number of lifts.

The hotel location is perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the spa services are luxurious and satisfying. the treatment room offers excellent body wraps and massages, and the sun terrace is a beautiful place to relax in peace and quiet. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are a great place to unwind, and the heated swimming pool and sun loungers are very comfortable. the private facilities are excellent, with special diet menus and a spacious bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we found was that the restaurant service can be slow and understaffed, with limited menu options. the snack bar provides great alternatives for those looking for a quick bite.
