Upon arrival after 10 pm, I was greeted warmly by the front desk clerk. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the highway and quiet. Parking was ample and well-lit, providing a sense of security. the cleanliness and recent renovations throughout the lobby and room were impressive.

Great service, staff helped me with heavy baggage at first stay. Perfect place for me, with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre, Indoor pool. No pets or smoking allowed. Couldn't ask for more. Returning for city trip.

Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located near the highway, yet still quiet. Plenty of safe parking with bright lights. Clean, spacious, and recently renovated room with a comfortable bed. Front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming.

Cozy setup by the window and comfortable bed, perfect for using the provided wi-fi and working on a laptop. Secluded pool with a suitable level of water depth for swimming, accommodating for guests both young and old. A great choice for families.

The hotel had great value for money and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast included was tasty with enough options to start the day. The location next to a Mexican restaurant was a plus since we didn't have to travel far for dinner.

As party people, we really enjoyed the brand new, clean hotel with friendly staff. The stable WiFi and hot breakfast, including delicious omelette, sausage, and oatmeal, were great. The individual thermostats in the rooms were a plus. The convenient location, right off I-95, made it easy for us to get back on the road.

Located close to a Mexican restaurant and within 20 minutes of several events, this hotel had potential. The rooms appeared recently renovated, but the water pressure on the fourth floor and soft bed were not ideal. While some staff were friendly and accommodating, others were unprofessional and dismissive. The bright lights in the parking lot provided a sense of safety, but unfortunately, the noise from the nearby truck stop made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, the pool was a nice feature and provided entertainment for some.

A man with access to our room was addressed by management but no satisfactory explanation or compensation was provided.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and added a cozy ambiance to the hotel. the complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate bar were a nice touch for the holiday season. the location was great, easily accessible from the highway and close to shopping and restaurants.

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, and we found hairs on the bathroom floor. the noise from the neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep, and we could hear people talking loudly and doors slamming late at night.
