We loved staying in this hotel, it was located just outside the town centre in a nice area and had great service such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. Our room was equipped with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace with garden furniture. We loved the free toiletries and cookware/kitchen utensils that were provided, and enjoyed watching television on the flat-screen tv in the comfortable sitting area. Our dining experience was excellent, with a continental breakfast and picnic area/tables outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff made us feel very welcome with their warm hospitality.

This hotel has everything a traveler needs and we would recommend it to all.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to a shopping complex with a supermarket, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need during your stay. Additionally, it is situated by the seashore, providing guests with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The close proximity to the town centre ensures that guests have easy access to all the amenities, while still enjoying a quiet environment. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a designer flair, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.

There was one aspect of the hotel that didn't quite meet expectations.

As a tourist, I loved the variety of amenities provided in the room such as crockery, cutlery, toaster, and microwave. The availability of heating options, including a heater in the room, fan heater, and heater floor in the bathroom, was great for the winter. The motel's convenient location within walking distance to my destination made it incredibly accessible. The staff was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to assist and engage in pleasant conversations. I appreciated the tidy and clean outdoor BBQ area as well as the easy and convenient parking facilities.

Had a great experience staying at this quality hotel in Kaikoura. The modern room had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-functioning shower with good water pressure. The room was exceptionally clean and had lovely views of the mountains and sea. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and petrol station nearby, and it was just a short drive or walk to the town center. The hospitality was top-notch, with a friendly welcome on arrival and the reception staff going above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we arrived late. Highly recommend for a great value stay.
