Just stayed at this amazing hotel near Queenstown center. the food was divine, especially the canapés! Kids ENJOYED playing soccer. Would choose it again. the rooms are even better than in photos! .

As longer term business travelers, we loved the fantastic facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The delicious breakfast options and the spacious Tower Suite with multiple bedrooms and ensuites were perfect for our needs. The addition of a kitchen/dining/sitting room was a great touch, and the canapes and drinks served in the hotel foyer each night allowed us to socialize with other guests and unwind after a long day. The location, just a 5-minute walk from the CBD, was also ideal.

The standout feature was the delicious full breakfast, cooked by a friendly chef who truly knew their craft. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. We were offered complimentary drinks and breakfast which was nice, and the location was great and only a short walk away from the city centre. the staff were friendly and often greeted us with a smile. the rooms were nice and modern, and we especially liked the heated towel rails.

the ongoing renovations made the hotel look unattractive and not as it seemed in the pictures. the parking was a bit tight and sometimes difficult to find a spot.

Luxurious and exclusive, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the private facilities made our stay feel extra special. the Spa & wellness centre offered a full body massage that was nothing short of relaxing. the staff was attentive to our every need, and the garden area provided a tranquil atmosphere to unwind in after a long day.

Although the hotel itself was near perfect, there was one minor issue with the location. the bar/lounge area was a little too noisy for our liking as it was situated near a busy street.
