The location was convenient, close to Auburn and easily accessible. Being able to use our Netflix account on the TV was a nice touch. the bed was clean and comfy, and the overall facility was well-maintained. the hotel staff was welcoming and addressed any concerns promptly.

We experienced noise disturbances from loud guests, impacting the sound isolation quality. the pool area was not clean during our stay.

Staff helped me with a phone charger at my first stay. This place suits me perfectly , Free Wi, Fi, parking, fitness center. For Christmas, I'm coming back for the convenience of amenities like flat, screen TV, 24, hour reception.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The lobby was stunning and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the couch/day bed. The bathroom was gorgeous, with a vanity mirror and ample space. The carpets were clean, which is a big plus for me. The hotel even provided Paul Mitchell products that smelled amazing, especially the tea tree shampoo. I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it.
