Located just outside town but had everything we needed. Regular bus service provided. Good cooking facilities and great staff. Room was clean, good size, and private.

Blood stains on the bed sheet, reception office was closed at the time. Restless night.

We had a great stay at the Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park. The location was convenient, just a quick drive away from the CBD. Our single unit was small, but it was incredibly clean and cozy. We appreciated the privacy between the units, giving us a sense of seclusion. The common facilities were impressive with plenty of tables, chairs, and cooking equipment available. The shower-restrooms were spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this holiday park. The location was ideal, away from the busy center and noisy nightlife, but still close enough to easily access the town with the free shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for activities. The bathrooms were well-maintained and the cabins had heaters and electric blankets to keep us warm at night. The park also had a movie room and a common room with a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of an additional blanket in the cabin. It would have been nice to have that extra comfort, especially coming from a hot climate.

The facilities were top-notch. There were several communal kitchen areas that were well equipped with utensils, dishes, and ample appliances for cooking. The location was also ideal, with easy access to popular area attractions like the Shotover Jet and Onsen Hot Pools. the shuttle service made it convenient to get around without a car.

The showers could use some improvement. , some of the tents were a bit too close together, which made it less private and more cramped.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The room was so comfortable and cozy, with a heated blanket that kept me warm during the end of winter. The staff were exceptional and the free shuttle bus to and from town was a huge help. I also loved the fact that this venue is nestled amongst the mountains, providing a breathtaking view. The location in the centre made it so convenient for me to explore all the attractions and activities in the area. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to easily stay connected.

I recommend this hotel to all!

Clean, tidy property. Shared facilities. New, warm, clean bathroom. Nice, spacious, clean kitchen. Helpful staff. Spectacular view. Easy access to town. BBQ for shared meals.
