Convenient location with a shortcut to shopping strip, although staff didn't mention it. Room had laundry facilities and staff provided extra drying rack. Friendly staff, clean and tidy facilities including pool and gym. Late check-in supported by helpful after-hours phone support. Small but clean room, pleasant check-in experience, continental breakfast brought to room. Limited parking for SUVs.

Had a great xmas stay! Loved how comfortable the room was and it had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, close to all the main sights and with coffee shops nearby. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

There were some negatives to my stay. The noise from the traffic was quite loud, with the freeway on one side and city noise on the other.

I had a great experience staying at Quest Atrium. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they quickly moved us to a more suitable room away from the noisy motorway. the location was fantastic, right in the city center and close to the Botanic Gardens, museum, shops, and the harbor area. the hotel also had convenient access to the motorway, which saved us a lot of time during rush hour. the room itself was clean and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, with shopping areas and the waterfront in close proximity. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

The coffee was superb and the bed was really comfortable with fluffy pillows. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal for accessing the city area and there was an affordable parking option nearby.

The cleaning could have been better as the bed was sagging and the room wasn't as clean as expected. the central courtyard acted as an echo chamber, causing noise from the neighbors' TVs to be heard easily.

The staff at Quest Atrium were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a small issue with the shower trap in my bathroom, but the staff quickly addressed it and made sure it was taken care of. They were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I had a great experience at Quest Atrium and would highly recommend it.

Perfect size room, good kitchen and facilities, comfortable bed, quiet nights, close to everything, clean.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the NZ capital and the shopping area on Lampton quay. The separate sitting area in the room was a nice feature, providing extra space to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The noise levels in the hotel were a bit high, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Quest Atrium for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The view from my 5th floor balcony was breathtaking, and the room itself was amazing. The kitchen facilities, especially the spacious fridge, were a highlight. The fold-out bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy. The room was spotless and had plenty of space. The staff, especially the franchise owner, were friendly and helpful. a great stay!
