I've stayed at this hotel around a dozen times when working nearby, and it never disappoints. The gym facilities are top-notch, the food is delicious, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise, although the standard room I had initially booked may not have been the best value for a couple on a budget. However, the overall experience was fantastic, especially for a break away. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all clean and well-maintained. I didn't use the gym, but it looked well-equipped. The £60 price for the night, including full use of the facilities, was amazing. The staff provided fresh towels upon request, and the room came with all the necessary amenities. The location is also great, with nearby shops, restaurants, a pub, and a cinema. I was very happy with my stay.

The gym and pool facilities were impressive, and the price for the night, including full use of the facilities, was unbelievably reasonable. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, and the hotel's location was ideal, with various dining options nearby. I had a fantastic break away at the Quality Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was conveniently situated between Newcastle and Durham, making it easy for us to explore both cities. the hotel was just a short walk away from Boldon Business Park, where we enjoyed some delicious food and caught a movie. Another thing we appreciated was the use of the gym and swimming pool facilities.

There were a few aspects of our experience that we didn't enjoy. the room was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult for us to sleep.
