Check-in was quick. Receptionist helped us book an overnight trip to Milford Sound. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient location to town.

This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the well-equipped kitchenette in the room to the very nice renovated bathroom. The location is also ideal, within walking distance to the city center and in a good area. The staff provided excellent service, with a helpful lady at reception who ensured a smooth check-in process. Additionally, having breakfast included in our rate was a nice bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a minor issue with the door lock, but the staff at Village Inn were quick to resolve the problem and moved us to a new room. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the town center and the beautiful lake. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Had a nice New Year at a cozy hotel. Enjoyed the spacious room with a ceiling window perfect for star gazing on cold nights. the location was just a short walk away from the main street with shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the two complementary facts included in our rate.

The equipments in the room were old and the room was a bit dusty. the light from an outside source was shining through a window, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our needs and ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We particularly enjoyed the kitchenettes provided in the rooms, allowing us to cater for ourselves. it was a delightful experience.
