Loved the spacious, well-appointed suite with modern facilities. The separate bedroom, kitchenette, and washing machine/dryer were great. TV had SKY channels and lots of free movies. The location was convenient for walking to the city area and restaurants, and there's a bus stop across the street. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged an early check-in for us.

This hotel is perfectly located near the railway station and the ferry terminals, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a built-in washer/dryer. The staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to assist guests, even finding a phone charger for me. The view from Room 401 was stunning, and the room was serviced regularly. a great location with excellent amenities and service.

The toilet cleaning could be improved, specifically the connection between the toilet lid cover and seat.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room was also very quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the city center and its attractions. This made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.

The bathroom had limited surface area/storage for toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have more space to place our personal items during our stay.

The location was quiet and it only took us a short walk to reach the city center. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a washing machine and dryer, which was very handy for us as backpackers.

The location of this place was mind-blowing, with an incredible view of the harbor and just a short walk to the city center. The amenities, including free parking, in-suite washer and dryer, and a quiet and comfortable room, were super. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even with a delayed arrival. The facilities were excellent, including wi-fi, a fitness center, and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is great – very close to the railway station where we caught the shuttle to the ferry terminal. It is also very close to the centre of town, which was fantastic for exploring. The service was excellent – housekeeping and laundry were taken care of promptly and the room amenities were top-notch. The staff were always around to help with anything we needed and they even came back to change a light bulb before finishing their shift. The room itself was quiet, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And, the leisure facilities were great – we especially enjoyed the fitness centre and the free Wi-Fi.

We would recommend this place to everyone.

The room was spacious and had excellent kitchen facilities. The staff were very friendly and even offered complementary items when I mentioned being sick during my stay. The location was perfect as I was able to walk to the ferry and supermarket, making my business trip much easier.

The room was not properly serviced and there were no cloths available to wipe down the tables/bench. The parking situation was also frustrating, with a narrow alley and high fee.

Superb location within walking distance to major attractions and amenities. Good spot for those attending events at the stadium or using the railway station. Supermarket nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Wellington. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the ferry terminal and the downtown area. The rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable and spacious stay. The wifi was also quick and free, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

I recently stayed at Quest in a wonderful location near the ferry to Picton. The spacious and comfortable room had a quiet and comfy bed. Opening the curtains in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the view of the marae, a lovely sight. The parking under the marae was perfect for my packed car. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
