I had a fantastic stay at Quest Queenstown Apartments! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to skiing and a short drive to Queenstown. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the Queenstown area.

The only minor drawbacks were the limited parking and the slight smell of smoke in the room. Additionally, the WiFi was a bit slow, and the front doors were heavy and caused some noise when they closed.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of the majestic mountains and close to the shopping area. The friendly receptionist kindly upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment with a breathtaking mountain view from the balcony.

We had a fantastic time staying at these apartments near the Remarkables ski field. The location was conveniently close to the airport, making our travel easier. The rooms were spacious and clean with great kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a watering can to clear frost from our car. It was a relaxing stay with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

We did have some issues with the late check-in process, as the instructions were not clear and the duty manager was unresponsive at times.

This place may not be suitable for those who prefer a lake view or being closer to the main town. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the walkway around a different side of the lake.

I also appreciated the option to use a washing machine, although the additional fee was a bit steep. I highly recommend Quest for anyone visiting the area.

The mountain view from our room was also a delightful bonus. The location was great, with a grocery store and bakery within walking distance. Despite a minor issue with parking, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest.

the location was ideal, with easy access to the Remarkables and just a short drive into town. the hotel was impressively clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service - the cleaners even took the initiative to stack and turn on the dishwasher if I forgot. the amenities were great, especially the washing machine for cleaning ski clothes and drying wet socks. the cooking utensils and pans were top-notch as well. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
