We had the best first night sleep in any hotel we've stayed in! the bed and pillows were amazing. the staff at Ramada were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were welcomed right away by a very nice receptionist who sorted out our room, which was his favorite, and we could see why. It was a clean and comfortable space. the maintenance girls who came on Saturday were also very nice and efficient when we asked for extra towels. Checking out was fast and easy. We returned the access cards and the lady at the front desk wished us a good day. we had a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for providing such a clean and well-equipped room!

The location was perfect, being close to everything in town. It was within walking distance to attractions like the cable car and the beehive, as well as Cuba Street and Moore Wilson supermarket. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable and spacious room. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless. The hotel also had convenient parking and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to the waterfront and all the attractions. It's also very convenient to find, with parking available onsite or just down the road at a Wilsons Car Park. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a separate area for the bed and living space. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The neighboring occupants were a bit noisy at times, but luckily the rooms were soundproofed well enough to minimize the disturbance.

Our stay at Ramada was overall enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to popular areas like Cuba Street and Courtney Place. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. We were also grateful for the early check-in they provided, accommodating our early flight arrival. The spaciousness of the one-bedroom apartment was a pleasant surprise, with lots of storage and a well-equipped kitchenette. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Although there were a couple of minor downsides, such as the TV needing adjustment initially and the lack of air conditioning in our room, these did not significantly impact our experience. The noise from the nearby traffic was noticeable but manageable with the use of earplugs.

We had a great stay at a nice new hotel. the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the shower, was impressive - it was the cleanest room we stayed in during our trip through NZ. the location was convenient, with the bus station for the airport express just a short 8-minute walk away. the staff were very helpful and the facilities in the room were good. it was a solid base for exploring the city.

I had a great stay here! The location is really convenient, within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. I really appreciated having a washing machine in the room - it made my longer trip much easier. The bed was super comfortable too!

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to cafes, bars and other local attractions. the amenities in the room were great, particularly the washing machine and dryer. Reception staff were friendly and easy to deal with, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised when we received two complementary gifts upon arrival.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par. the skirtings were covered in dust and there were many marks on the walls.
