We loved the hotel facilities, especially the well-maintained playground for the kids and the charming rural setting, complete with chickens and alpacas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay stress-free. The location, right off the highway, was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the gondola/luge and Fairy Springs.

Our stay at the Hideaway Of Rotorua was fantastic! The spacious and well-designed unit had plenty of power points and storage space, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The children's playground was a hit with our 3.5-year-old, who also loved interacting with the adorable animals at the lodge. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, the rooms were comfortable and we had fresh towels every day. The location was convenient for all the activities we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend the Hideaway Of Rotorua for a great family vacation.

The rooms were immaculate and the air conditioning was awesome. the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the location is central to many attractions and eateries, making it convenient for exploring. the highlight for my kids was the fun playground and being able to feed the farm animals. We especially loved the family feel of the lodge and the warm and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for families with small kids.

the location was perfect - just 5 minutes from downtown and close to many attractions. It made getting around so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed my family and me to have an extra half-hour stay because we were running a bit late during check-out. It was really awesome of them! Additionally, the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which provided ample space for everyone in the family. Lastly, the presence of a park and animals on the property was a big hit with the kids. They absolutely loved it!

Both the studio and 2 bedroom unit were very comfortable, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. We will definitely be returning in the future.
