The pool was wonderful, although it could benefit from a little cleaning. The staff were mostly friendly, but a more welcoming approach would enhance the experience. a solid stay for eco-conscious travelers!

I had a lovely weekend getaway! The owner was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is spot on – just a short walk to all the main attractions. Plus, the huge bathtub in our room was amazing; I didn’t even miss the local hot pools! The comfy beds were a big win too, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Though, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives!

The smell of sulfur was pretty strong at times, which could be a bit off-putting. it would’ve been nice to have daily room service and a bit more maintenance on the kitchen appliances.

Not only was the large bed a dream to sink into, it was like being enveloped in a cloud that had decided to take a vacation in Rotorua. After a long day of sightseeing, climbing into that cozy haven felt like winning a small lottery—truly a massive relief!

My room was surprisingly spacious and included a full kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. the cleanliness and presentation of the space stood out to me, and the staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. I particularly enjoyed the warm pool, even though it was on the smaller side, it was perfect for relaxation.
