Our suite was massive with a full kitchen, really made us feel at home! Unwinding in the hot tub and sauna was the perfect way to end our days after exploring. The only downside was we didn’t have any seating on the balcony like others did, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

the ground floor was way too noisy! 😩 the location is super convenient, just a 5min walk to town. the room was clean with a comfy bed and great bathroom amenities! the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Opt for a room with a kitchen to prepare meals. it's convenient and offers savings for families. Enjoy the hot tub to unwind after a day of activities!

Room was spacious with a full kitchen, but the TV was pretty weak and the shower water was lukewarm a couple of times. Chur for the comfy bed, though!

All good, meets every expectation. Special washing machine and dryer in each spacious suite for added convenience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the heart of Queenstown with amazing views. The hot tub and sauna were great perks at the end of the day! !

However, the parking situation could be tricky, especially with ongoing road works and some awkward access. A bit more clarity on the check-in procedures during renovations would be appreciated.

The location is superb, just a short walk to nearby shops and eateries, making it convenient for outings. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, but the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive. Housekeeping did a commendable job keeping the space clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist with any requests. Enjoyed freshly baked cookies upon arrival as a delightful treat.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a jacuzzi. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in. I highly recommend enjoying the local breakfast options! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Staying here with my family for a night, we loved the spacious two-bedroom apartments that allowed us to cook meals and relax. Just a quick uphill walk through the pine forest, and we enjoyed stunning views of The Remarkables and the lake!

My kids wished there were clearer signs to help us navigate the confusing layout with the different elevators. It would also be great if someone could assist families with their bags upon arrival.
