During our recent stay in Whitianga, we were fortunate to find a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was right in the center of town and close to restaurants. Additionally, being situated on the water's edge provided a stunning view. The room we stayed in was well-maintained and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the owners was exceptional, as they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

That the pool was out of action during our stay, which was a little disappointing.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. It was tucked away in a quiet part of town, yet still just a short walk to the center. We loved being able to relax by the pool, which had a stunning view of the estuary. The peaceful surroundings made it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy each other's company.

There was honestly nothing that we disliked about this hotel. Everything from the location to the facilities to the service was top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at Oceans 88! The location was perfect, just around the corner from where we needed to be. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the beautiful pool area overlooking the water. a highly recommended place to stay!

The room was clean and tidy, with a nice level of comfort and a pleasant decor. The shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with an easy walk to the main street of town. The hotel had a proper kitchen and laundry facilities on site. The pool, although not heated, had a great new ramp and provided a nice place to relax by the water.

With its great pool and convenient location, this hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival and felt instantly welcome. The unit was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a lovely weekend away. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and created a tranquil atmosphere that made me feel right at home. In addition to the excellent service and comfortable rooms, the hotel also has a stunning pool area that is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

I can't think of any negative aspects to mention about this hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

The place was excellent for our weekend break. the rooms were clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. the businesses and tourist spots were only a short walk away, which made it very convenient for us to explore the town. the poolside area was lovely and peaceful, and the kids' enjoyed themselves there. Plus, we were surprised to get compliability kayaks and take pictures of the beautiful estuary.

We didn't find anything to dislike, and our stay was perfect. Although the building looked old, it didn't affect our great experience.

I had a perfect stay at a hotel with high-speed internet, over 500 TV channels, and a friendly staff. The parking was good and the place was clean and tidy. The bonus was the swimming pool and the back door that opened into the beach/sea. It was awesome! I could come here anytime to have a cup of tea or coffee. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel had a lovely backyard pool area with lounge chairs and a BBQ. The owners were very friendly and nice. The kitchen was well equipped and the facilities were very good for a small hotel. The rooms were clean and the lady who I assume owned it was very helpful. The location backing onto the ocean was lovely.

We recently stayed at a beautiful coastal suite in Whitianga. the staff at Oceans 88 were so lovely and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even bringing in our washing when it rained. the suite itself was immaculate, with a super comfy and spacious bed. the kitchen was well equipped and everything was well maintained. the location was perfect, with a stunning pool that backed directly onto the estuary. We loved lounging by the solar-heated pool, surrounded by comfy chairs and tables. Highly recommended and affordable!

We had a wonderful stay at the coastal suites. the premises may look a bit tired from the outside, but inside, everything was perfect. the cleanliness was outstanding, and we were impressed by the spaciousness and modern décor of the unit. It was conveniently located close to the town centre and the estuary, making it easy for us to explore. the proprietor, Rae, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we were very pleased with our experience at Oceans 88 Whitianga Coastal Suites.
