Traveling for leisure, my 3, night stay at this hotel was superb. Smooth self check, in, fantastic restaurant and bar on site, impeccable room cleanliness, cozy beds. Alexa was a nice added touch. Convenient early check, in, exceptional late, night service, and beautiful zen yoga facilities made my stay truly relaxing.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because it provides whether you're in town for leisure or business. the staff were lovely and the bed was comfy.

The lack of international electric sockets in the room made it challenging to charge all my devices for work efficiently.

Room at Sudima Auckland City was spacious, clean, and comfy. Ellen and the staff were exceptional, offering great recommendations. Enjoyed the eco-friendly approach, feijoa smoothie, and convenient amenities.

Motion light and bright phone light were bothersome. Cocktails pricey and small.

Loved the amenities like the fireplace, 2 bars, and dry cleaning! The rooms were comfortable and had cool extras like a Smart speaker and yoga mat. Great central location for exploring!

Oh, I just adored that anyone could stroll into the hotel and take the elevator to any floor. Such a thrilling game of "who will be in my room?

Omg, the breakfast at the hotel was simply divine! 🤤 everything else was top-notch too - rooms, service, and super friendly staff. Only downside was no pets allowed. 🐾.

The Sudima Auckland City had a beautiful decor, friendly staff, convenient restaurant, comfortable beds, stunning views, and excellent cleanliness. The multiple luggage storage options, full-length mirror, and peaceful atmosphere on our floor were also great. The prime location made it easy to walk or drive to nearby attractions, and the bellboy service was top-notch.

Great room, but no mention of interconnecting option at check-in. We had to block the door. Parking info not on website, had to call. No visible signs for entrance. Good breakfast, nice atmosphere, attentive staff. Clean hotel, efficient valet. Modern design, well-located. Friendly staff, no waiting. Thoughtful about waste with recycling and large toiletries. Loved our stay, convenient for Americas Cup. Little touches and clean, spacious rooms.

Additionally, the location is perfect for those attending events in Auckland, such as New Year's Eve celebrations or concerts at Sky City. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and in-room air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options including fresh fruits. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality.

The bathroom doors in the hotel do not close properly, which may be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do in the city. The little touches in the hotel room like the gratitude journal were so great. Was very clean and spacious and perfect size for me and my son. Great breakfast! Incredibly clean room and facilities! Great location, close to key attractions and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay memorable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with beautiful views. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast.

We experienced some confusion with the room cleaning schedule, leading to missed cleaning on a couple of occasions. There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as an electricity problem and a shaky bench instead of a chair in the room.

The hotel's vegetarian restaurant exceeded expectations, even impressing my meat-eating husband. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Additionally, the hotel's location made it convenient for my morning walk and attending a conference.

The staff were incredible, really going out of their way to assist us during our Christmas stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive two welcome drinks and a voucher for F&B, allowing us to indulge in a delicious dinner. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the toiletry dispensers in the room were a great eco-friendly touch.
