We hit up the HOTEL TRIPLETS entertainment and it was off the charts! the hotel vibe was so chill, and the views from the rooms were legit amazing. Plus, the staff totally understood our need for good times.

Could have used a cooler hangout spot for teens other than just the rooms.

Modern rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a convenient location added to the comfort of our visit. the beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities smelled beautiful. A special mention to the housekeeping lady for her warmth. We loved the cozy restaurant ambiance and the proximity to shopping areas and the airport.

As those taking off early, we loved the central location and the new, modern rooms. The staff were amazing, helpful, and happy, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was above and beyond, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The breakfast facilities were pleasant, and the food was well presented. The staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests, including my special coffee order each morning.

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for them.

What a great romantic escape we had! One of the best things about our stay was the comfortable beds, which made it easy for us to cuddle all night long. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for us to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. We even got a complimentary voucher for food and drink, which was a lovely surprise.

There were a couple of things that we didn't enjoy as much. the way the scrambled eggs were cooked was not to our liking.

The room at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile was spacious enough for my family of four, with great attention to detail and plenty of storage. The added bonus of having an Amazon Echo in the room was a nice touch. The location was fantastic, especially for shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I particularly appreciated their pillow menu.

Although the room was clean and modern, it could have been cleaner. The lack of streaming services on the TV was a disappointment.
