The kitchen facilities could use an upgrade, as some of the stove top controls were not working properly.

We had a great stay here in the valley. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean with a flat-screen TV, kitchenette, and great heating. We loved the sitting area and terrace just outside our room and enjoyed the view of the garden furniture. The staff provided excellent room service, and we were thoroughly impressed with the shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance.

We had a delightful stay at a motel near a helicopter air base for an exhilarating Heli-tour. The location was ideal, as it was close to a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed a romantic dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. We also appreciated the provision of tea towels and additional cutlery.

We wished there was a rubbish bag provided in the bin for our convenience.

We had a fantastic view of Fox Glacier from our room and enjoyed breakfast outside with that view. Staff suggested visits to spectacular viewpoints nearby and the sunset at the lake was not to be missed. The room had a modern suite with a very comfortable bed, big windows, and a private patio. The front desk was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for helicopter flights. a perfect stay with excellent value for money.

We had an amazing city break, the location was perfect with easy access to all the main attractions. We especially liked the free complementary breakfast with fresh fruit and juices. the room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. the staff were also friendly and helpful.

The lack of privacy from our room's view, which was facing the car park. we found the room a bit cramped, especially when trying to move around with all our luggage.
