The service at the dinner buffet was attentive, and the food for the Teacher's Night event was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store in the same building. it was a fantastic place to stay and I would gladly return.

The hotel has amazing facilities, from the well-organized and clean rooms to the top-notch services they provide. The staff, including Eve, Rac, Jana, and Falf, are excellent and very hospitable. The location is perfect, within the city but away from the crowded areas. Plus, the hotel is connected to a small mall which includes Safa express and other shops that cater to your daily needs.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Al Ain. the prices are more than reasonable for the value they offer. The staff is fantastic, always providing a great service. Secondly, the hotel is located in the Towncenter, offering a lot of activities and attractions nearby, yet it is still peaceful enough to have a good night's sleep. Lastly, the rooms are fantastic; comfortable beds, all the needed facilities, and some even offer a great view from the second floor. An additional plus, the hotel is also generous with late check-outs and provides a decent breakfast.
