I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet. The comfortable easy chairs were a nice touch, and the kitchenette near the entry made it convenient to prepare meals. The hotel's location was also great, within walking distance of a shopping center and a beautiful beach area. this hotel offered great value for money and had all the amenities I needed, including a nice breakfast.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was great.

Had a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary bubble bath and chocolates. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and local restaurants. the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The room was not clean enough to our satisfaction, and the furniture was outdated and in need of repair. the curtains had holes, and the showerhead was rusty.

The helpful and obliging staff promptly attended to any requests, and the central location made it easy to access facilities.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus route into the city and a supermarket just a stone's throw away. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff ensured that any requests or issues were promptly attended to, making our experience pleasant overall.

The noise from the neighboring rooms was quite disruptive and made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The bathroom had a fabulous hot shower with good water pressure. The kitchenette had a working microwave and kettle, and the fridge was clean. The location was great for exploring the town and attending events at the nearby Bruce Mason Centre. The manager was polite, helpful, and offered a car park in the basement. The apartment was quiet and had nice views.

Felt very comfortable, no complaints.
