the hot springs and health/beauty spa in the area were a fantastic addition to my stay. the stunning new build, separate guest wing, and the outstanding hosts, Marie and Ken, made me feel right at home. the quality of linen, breakfast, and provisions surpassed all expectations. My recent stay at Stay Taupo was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by hosts Ken and Marie. From the sumptuous breakfast to the high-quality linen and comfortable bed, every detail was meticulously taken care of. the separate wing and the beautiful sunken garden added a touch of luxury to the experience. If there was one thing to improve, it would be to extend the stay to enjoy this delightful accommodation even longer.

Spent New Year's Eve at a charming B&B. the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Absolutely loved the homemade breakfasts every morning and the peaceful surroundings of the property. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. Appreciated the small touches like the complimentary snacks and drinks in the guest fridge. We also enjoyed the convenience of being within a short drive to the town center and the lake.

Everything was great! We had a wonderful stay at Stay. Very comfortable and super clean, with a great location for those with a car. The house is surrounded by mountains and has a beautiful garden, offering a great view. Ken and Marie were lovely hosts, making us feel at home and providing great conversation about New Zealand, traditions, and culture.
