Stayed at this hotel for a cycling weekend and it served as an excellent base. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The free WiFi, large TV, and additional seating area were a nice bonus. The staff were helpful, polite, and cheerful, both in the hotel and the pub next door. The location was great for exploring Bath and Longleat, just under an hour away by car. a fantastic stay that we would definitely repeat.

Straight off the motorway, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a hairdryer that actually does the job. The walk-in shower en-suite is a bonus, and the comfortable bed and pillows ensure a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is convenient, with easy access to Marlborough, Avebury, and the Cotswolds. The breakfast is freshly cooked with lots of choice and efficient, polite staff.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Deborah, went out of her way to make sure our room and beds were made up as we wanted. The pub next door was great with brilliant staff, especially Millie. The room was very clean and had comfortable beds with soft sheets. The TV was a great size and there were plenty of tea and coffee facilities. The location was very convenient, being close to the pub with good food and also near to an event we were attending the following day.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway, making it easily accessible for travelers. It is also adjacent to a great pub where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with modern facilities such as a large TV, tea/coffee facilities, and an iron and ironing board. The staff are helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of choices and efficient, polite staff.

Some guests mentioned that the air conditioning control was difficult to adjust, causing discomfort during the night.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great for exploring nearby areas such as Newbury and Cotswold. Our hotel was not too far from Warner Bros Studios, which was a plus. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, it was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not up to par, the bacon was overcooked and dry and the scrambled eggs were lacking in flavor. It would have been nice to have bottles of hair shampoo and mini soap bars instead of a wall-mounted dispenser.
