had a wonderful stay in taupo, and debretts spa resort topped my previous experience. loved the facilities, especially the hot pools and cafe. cozy cabin, perfect for a quick night. staff were friendly and sent a thoughtful thank-you email.

The hot pools on-site were a fantastic way to relax without having to drive. The accommodation, although without a bathroom, had good and well-equipped facilities. The private balcony with lake views was excellent, and the kitchen was great for preparing meals. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed the playground, and overall, the stay was enjoyable.

The location of this resort is wonderful, as it is within walking distance to the lake and city center. The gardens around the pools are very well maintained and perfect for those who love nature. The room was equipped with a nice kitchen and had heated floors for a cozy and warm stay. The Spa facilities are also a great advantage here.

This place was perfect for a family of four like us! The chalet was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were warm and cosy, and the view of the lake from the deck was lovely. We also loved the pools, even though one of them had less water on our last morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking was easy. a great place for a family getaway.

I had an incredible stay at this venue. The location, surrounded by beautiful gardens was peaceful and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during my stay. The room amenities were fantastic and having free Wi-Fi was very convenient. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing, along with the aqua park and hot spring bath which were perfect for unwinding. The leisure spa and wellness center, combined with the beauty treatments and massage options were of exceptional quality.

The weekend was fantastic! We enjoyed the spacious lounge and the well-equipped kitchen that enabled us to cook our meals. the staff were fantastic, and the pools were a great hit! We were also provided with complementary milk, which was a nice touch. the location is great as there is a café nearby, and we got to dine at the Hilton restaurant next to the hotel.

The room was not serviced during our stay even though we had requested for it. we were only given towels that suited three people in our chalet, which was not satisfactory, particularly since the chalet catered for five people.
