Stunning Hotel with One Issue

Hotel Tugu provided exceptional service and catered to all our needs with a warm and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own room or with a stunning view of surfers on the rooftop. The Garden view rooms were spacious with a large bed, and the housekeeping staff ensured our room was spotless, even turning on the lights for us when we returned at night. The location is excellent, just 100 meters away from a famous surfing beach and within walking distance of great restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right beside the beach and in one of the liveliest places in Bali. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised that my room was cleaned twice a day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the nice massages they offered. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always made sure I had a great stay.

A Living Museum

I recently stayed at Hotel Tugu Bali for three nights during my travels in Indonesia. The architecture, design, and decor of the hotel are truly captivating. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The rooms are well-equipped, with a highlight being the amazing bathtub. The traditional show on Thursday evenings is a must-see, and there are also yoga classes, a tour, and a spa available for guests. The hotel's quirky charm, beautiful gardens, and large comfortable rooms were delightful. The food was delicious, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the warm welcome to the beautiful room, everything was perfect. the hotel grounds were stunning, filled with intriguing antiques and lovely landscaping. We were treated like royalty by the attentive and friendly staff. the location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. the breakfasts were delicious and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

The only downside was the noise from nearby bars and nightclubs. It was a bit bothersome, especially at night when we were trying to relax.

Huge rooms, excellent Japanese restaurant, amazing upstairs bar. Loved the hotel's history and outdoor bathroom. Great yoga and laundry services. Personal messages on old paper added a nice touch. Old style Bali feel, with friendly staff and quick online responses.

We had a wonderful stay at Tugu Bali - Chse Certified. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Special thanks to Rini, Andre, and Yoga for their personal touches. the breakfasts and afternoon teas were delightful, and the New Year Gala Party was a great bonus. We were especially grateful for the generous offer of a complimentary spa room, as we had a late-night flight.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our Easter stay even more enjoyable. the spa treatments were top-notch, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the main strip in Canggu was a major advantage, as it allowed us to explore the area easily and experience the local attractions and amenities.

One downside was the beach near the hotel, which was not suitable for swimming or sunbathing. It would have been nicer to have a beach that guests could fully enjoy.
