Beautifully decorated rooms with solid oak furniture and modern bathrooms. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, and a hot selection. the portions were immense and the food was fresh and delicious. the owners and staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. the atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful.

When eating in the restaurant, the tables were very close together and it was difficult for the waitress to move around. People had to constantly move from their tables to allow others to pass.

had a fantastic stay at this cozy b&b in Burton Coggles. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed and the bathroom had high-end fittings. The restaurant served delicious meals and the breakfast was outstanding. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return for another relaxing break in the Lincolnshire countryside!

I recently stayed at Cholmeley Arms Bed & Breakfast and had a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of nature and listen to the wildlife. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The rooms were stunning, with underfloor heating and a comfortable bed. The food was out of this world, with huge portions of fresh and delicious dishes. it was an immense and unforgettable stay.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely stunning. They felt more like outdoor lodges with their spaciousness and cleanliness. the underfloor heating and heavenly bed made for a comfortable stay. the choice of showers, whether handheld or tropical rain, was a nice touch. the fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge were greatly appreciated.

The location of the hotel is perfect with options to stay in a brand new exterior block at the rear of the pub or in the grounds. The rooms are spacious with a large bed and a nice bathroom set in an annex building within the pub grounds. The service is excellent with a warm welcome and attentive hosts. The breakfast offers a fantastic selection of fresh fruit and delicious cooked meals.

The cleaning could have been slightly better in certain areas.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was beautiful, with bunnies, guinea pigs, dogs, parrots, and pigs roaming around. It was so amazing to be surrounded by such a diverse range of animals. The service provided by the friendly and well-trained staff was exceptional. They couldn't do enough for us and made us feel incredibly welcome. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a patio area. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and a dining outdoor area. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided by this venue.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The experience we had here was truly exceptional.

We had an outstanding stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners and staff, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable with extra personal touches like fresh milk in the small fridge. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of delicious dishes, and the portions were generous, fueling us for the day ahead. The staff made a huge effort to provide great service and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where we could relax and soak up the sunshine.

Friendly staff and excellent food! the portions were very generous and the quality of the meals was superb. the rooms were spacious and modern, and the walk-in shower had plenty of hot water. I also appreciated the selection of fruits, yoghurt and cereals for breakfast.

The restaurant felt a bit cramped, with too many tables in a small space. the temperature could have been lower, which would have made it more comfortable during the meal.
