The location couldn’t be better for exploring the nearby national park. the outdoor kitchen was well-equipped with BBQ, gas hob, and hot water for washing up.

The cabins could get unbearably hot in the summer, it would have been nice to have a small fan. the distance between the dorms and the bathrooms was inconvenient, especially when it was raining.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy cabin nestled in a beautiful location near a famous walking track. The laid-back atmosphere and cute cabins added to the overall charm of our experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a bit of a walk to the bathroom and some heat in the morning, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Barn Cabins & Camp. we would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Abel Tasman.

I had a great experience staying at the Barn. the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the national park for beautiful hikes. the staff were friendly and gave us excellent advice. the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Despite some outdated furniture, the daily cleaning made up for it. the outdoor shower had great water pressure and temperature. And the views were stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. a highly recommended place to stay.

the facilities were amazing, with a cozy and magical atmosphere created by fairy lights and wood beams. the location was stunning, right on the doorstep of the beach and Abel Tasman National Park. There was so much to do, from enjoying the indoor movie room to having fun in the outdoor activity space. I especially loved the vege garden with the cute chickens. It was the perfect place for day walks in Abel Tasman. I can't wait to go back soon!

Our stay at Barn Cabins & Camp was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the entrance of the Abel Tasman Great Walk. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the sea and mountains, which added to the overall charm of the place. The Park Café nearby served delicious food, including tasty breakfast options, lunch, and even woodfire pizzas for dinner.

Lots of areas to chill and cute cabins. Many cooking and bathroom facilities. Lovely location at the southern end of the Abel Tasman Great Walk. Friendly staff and a laid-back vibe. Spacious communal kitchens and nice eateries nearby.
