Just stayed in a room by curtain at this motel. Enjoyed breakfast on the spot. LOVED the beach access, a peaceful spot. Would definitely choose this place again! the location is even better than in photos.

The location is serene with star-studded skies at night. the rooms were cozy, and the view of the ocean was calming. the owners were attentive once they spotted us—impressive service. I appreciated the no-frills decor and the comfy beds. the bathrooms were roomy, and the soundproofing was a bonus. Wish we stayed longer to catch the sunrise over the sea. A peaceful retreat for this Kiwi scientist.

I had a delightful stay at the Cliffs Motel in Tuatapere. the room lacked air conditioning but the setting was picturesque. the hosts were exceptional, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with breathtaking views. Highly recommend for a cozy and scenic getaway.
