Mao Mao Surf Villa is a hidden gem nestled in a serene location just a short distance from the bustling streets of General Luna. The huts are beautifully designed, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The owners, Marco and Chara, are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. We loved starting our day with the unique and delicious breakfast offered at the property. The option to rent scooters and book activities directly at the reception made exploring the island hassle-free. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited wifi in the rooms and ongoing construction nearby, our overall stay at Mao Mao Surf Villa was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Siargao.

I stayed at Mao Mao Surf Villa for my recent trip to Siargao. The little triangle huts were adorable and well made, giving off a Bali vibe. The outdoor bathroom added to the unique experience. The owners, Marco and Chara, were super nice, funny, and helpful, providing amazing recommendations and assisting with airport transfers.
