We loved the central location, close to shops, food, and transportation. Free parking available, easy to find a spot. Staff is helpful and professional. the room had a great view, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, and quality breakfast.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this luxury hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and riverside markets just a short walk away. The rooftop bar provided a great spot to dine and enjoy drinks without even leaving the hotel. The staff, though not overly interactive, did promptly resolve any issues we had, such as a fault with the air conditioning. The room itself was pleasant, nicely decorated, and had excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city centre.

The look and feel of the hotel was quite modern. the staff were very understanding and as responsive as they could be to the A/C issues in our room. And other than that issue, the room was quite comfortable. the location was convenient to exploring the center of the city and to see how parts of the city are rebuilding/redeveloping.

The temperature control in our room was not good. As the sun heated the room in the morning, the A/C could not maintain a cool temperature.
