We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this luxury hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and riverside markets just a short walk away. The rooftop bar provided a great spot to dine and enjoy drinks without even leaving the hotel. The staff, though not overly interactive, did promptly resolve any issues we had, such as a fault with the air conditioning. The room itself was pleasant, nicely decorated, and had excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city centre.

The look and feel of the hotel was quite modern. The staff were very understanding and as responsive as they could be to the A/C issues in our room. And other than that issue, the room was quite comfortable. The location was convenient to exploring the center of the city and to see how parts of the city are rebuilding/redeveloping.

The temperature control in our room was not good. As the sun heated the room in the morning, the A/C could not maintain a cool temperature.

The Muse hotel in Christchurch exceeded my expectations. The central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's shops, bars, and restaurants. The decor was stylish and modern, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, accommodating special requests and even providing swipe cards for my wedding guests. The interactions with the friendly staff at the foyer and rooftop bar were delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a really bad experience with the room. The bedding was not completely made when we got into bed and the reception desk was unattended.

Convenient location near Bus Station and shopping centre. Small but well-equipped room with large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Great views from beautiful rooms. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.
