The value for money at this cute boutique hotel was unbeatable! The room was super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was great too, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could have been a bit more varied.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and coffee shops. The modern decor and newly-renovated building gave us comfort and peace of mind. We appreciated the quietness and cleanliness of the room, in addition to the excellent shower. The laundry facilities were also very helpful, and the staff from the sister hotel were friendly and attentive when we needed their help with luggage storage.

Our room had a fabulous view and was quiet, clean and bright. the check-in process was straightforward and we enjoyed the modern and spacious room with a large Smart TV. We appreciated the convenience of being able to access our room with a key pad. the location was great, close to the city center and easy to find parking on the street.

The hand basin for shaving was a bit challenging and some items in the room needed maintenance. Our room differed from what was advertised, and the bed was smaller than expected.

The hotel's location offers a convenient base to explore the city, with easy access to public transportation from the airport and walking distance to the city center. Guests appreciate the quiet surroundings and free parking on street. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

There were issues with communication and responsiveness from the staff, as some guests didn't receive the email with the pin number for the door and had difficulty reaching someone on the phone.

We had a wonderful stay at Parque! The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. The shower pressure was amazing and the amenities provided were great. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town without any noise disturbances. we would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the area.

I recently stayed at The Parque for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was quiet, clean, and well-lit, with a great view of the street. I highly recommend requesting an upstairs room for an even better view. The facilities are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel itself is in a fantastic location near Hagley Park and the CBD. The staff at the sister hotel, where we checked in, were friendly and helpful, and the room design and quality of fixtures were top-notch. a great stay!
