I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Queenstown. The staff at The Rees Hotel & Luxury were exceptional and took care of all our needs. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and the hotel made it easy for us to book tours and provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the area. The location was perfect, and the staff even offered a free shuttle service to the town center. The apartment we stayed in had a stunning lake view and was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. We especially appreciated the in-room laundry facilities after being on the road for three weeks. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also fantastic. Our room was kept immaculate, and we loved the little touches like the nightly turn down service and chocolates on our pillows. our experience at The Rees Hotel & Luxury was top-notch.

This hotel provided a shuttle bus to the town hourly, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. The views over the lake were stunning, especially from the higher floors.

The design of the apartment was a bit strange, with limited privacy in two of the bedrooms. The sliding walls in one of the bedrooms made it noisy and lacking in privacy, and the lack of a door in the other upstairs bedroom meant that noise traveled easily throughout the apartment.

Great staff, assisted with Queenstown marathon activities. Reasonably priced, excellent room service. Big apartments but limited bedroom and closet space. Enjoyed the lamb shoulder at the restaurant. Amazing views from upgraded apartment. Good shower and comfy bed. Quiet location, spacious rooms, v comfy furniture. Great lake view, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Coming back to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Rees Hotel & Luxury. Our room had a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the towels were fluffy. We loved the convenience of having a full kitchen and the variety of teas provided. The fireplace in the living room added a cozy touch to our evenings. The free shuttle service to town was a great perk and the staff was always friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for its magnificent views and excellent facilities.

Luxurious room with full open views of the mountains, genuine modern luxury, and great amenities. The Frankston track in front of the hotel provided a lovely walk into town. The staff were very helpful in recommending places to eat. I highly recommend The Rees Hotel & Luxury.

Gorgeous Lake Views and Luxurious Amenities

Loved the stunning view from our apartment, it was truly breathtaking. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent customer service.- The complimentary toiletries in the apartment were of high quality.

The hotel's exterior was not appealing, it reminded me of an industrial building. Our first room had a disappointing view of a roof and outdoor corridor.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with its own laundry facilities. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with amazing amenities and a helpful concierge. The courtesy bus to and from town was a great option, making it convenient to explore the area.

The location of the hotel was quite far from town, making it a hassle to get around. It would have been much more convenient if it was closer to the main attractions.

The value for money was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning lake view. The location was quiet, yet convenient with a free shuttle to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Comfortable modern rooms with lake views and quality fittings, underground parking available at no extra cost. Great location with a hotel shuttle service into town and a 5 minute drive to the centre. Good amenities on offer including a high-quality restaurant and lounge areas. The pillows were especially comfy and added to the overall pleasant stay.

Staff amazing, comfy bed, stunning views, free shuttle to town, delicious chocolates, helpful with lost luggage.
