As youngsters, we absolutely loved the on-site pool at Grand Chennai. It may have been a bit chilly, but the kick-boards and pull buoys made it even more fun. We also couldn't resist joining in on the Bollywood dance performed by the staff every evening. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options in the extensive buffet for both dinner and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The on-site spa and hairdressers were an added bonus for some extra relaxation.

We had an excellent stay at Grt Hotels in Chennai. The staff provided exceptional service and the food was absolutely delicious. What impressed us the most was that they went the extra mile by offering complimentary baby food for our little one. It was such a relief not having to carry extra food for our baby, and the fact that it was available 24/7 was truly impressive. The breakfast also had a great variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. The hotel also had a lovely pool on-site and the staff delighted us with a Bollywood dance performance every evening. Additionally, the extensive buffet for both dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Our room was spacious and luxurious, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was always helpful and we were able to locate the good coffee for breakfast, which was a delightful treat. The hotel also offered spa and hairdressing services.

I had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel located close to the famous shopping district. The Bazaar restaurant within the hotel was a highlight, offering a range of tasty options. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped, with excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was a particular standout, with a wide variety of delicious options available.

There were some minor inconveniences with the fitness and pool facilities that could have been improved.

The hotel provided a wide range of dining options, including a buffet with a variety of options to suit different tastes. the staff were courteous and made sure our stay was comfortable and personalized. the hotel had leisure activities like a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym, all well-maintained.

The wifi at the hotel seemed to be a bit slow at times, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if the wifi connection was faster and more reliable.

the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way - from the perfect location to the friendly staff and delicious breakfast. a special shout-out to Rajpat for his honesty when I forgot a large amount of cash in my room. the luxurious feel of the hotel and the exceptional fitness center with Mr. Vivek's expertise made my stay even more enjoyable.

While most of my experience at this venue was excellent, the only minor issue I encountered was that I received two water bottles every day, which seemed to be an excessive amount of plastic. This hotel should reduce plastic usage and provide alternative ways to access water.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel like part of the family. the cleaning team, especially Senthil, Kandavel, and Gautama, were reliable and ensured everything was perfect. the catering was excellent, with friendly staff, and the entrance area was always welcoming, thanks to the helpful Srithar. it was an excellent stay at Grt Hotels, and I have nothing bad to say!

Great location, walking distance to many tourist attractions. Breakfast included with the stay was a nice touch. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with great views of the city.

The staff seemed disinterested in helping with any requests. the noise level from the street made it difficult to sleep.

From the reception to meal times, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooms were spacious and kept clean throughout our stay. Special mention to Pawan, Karthick, Anand, and Gopi who were extremely friendly and welcoming.
