There was nothing I didn't like.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including a well-equipped kitchenette, spotlessly clean premises, and a convenient on-site laundry room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring a positive experience.

The complimentary wine and cheese platter upon arrival was a nice touch. The hotel's location near the beach and a variety of restaurants was great, and the balcony view was stunning.

The room was not what we expected. The bathroom was very small, with a sink that barely fit our hands and a shower with just a curtain separating it from the rest of the room.

This hotel is a great choice for those looking for luxurious amenities and exclusive services. The room was spacious, light-filled, and well-appointed with eco-friendly products and a Nespresso machine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location advantage was its 600m walk to town and great service from the duty manager.

The only minor issue was that the bathroom lacked heating, making it a bit inconvenient to take a shower during the winter although the towel rack provided some warmth. this hotel fulfilled my luxury needs with excellent room advantages and private facilities.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sails Nelson Motel. The room was beautifully decorated, with luxurious beds that were incredibly comfortable. The artwork and decor added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. The friendly proprietor made us feel very welcome, and their helpfulness was truly appreciated. We were even pleasantly surprised when our clothes were washed and folded while we enjoyed a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant. The location of the motel was perfect, being close to both the town center and the waterfront. The overall experience at Sails Nelson Motel was superb, and we highly recommend it.

Amazing bed!!!!! The bed at The Sails Nelson Motel was hands down the most incredible bed I have ever slept in! The down feather topper made it incredibly comfortable. I wish I could take that bed home with me! I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable and luxurious accommodations.
