We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city area. We were able to explore the local attractions easily. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they went above and beyond to assist us despite the language barrier. The room was incredibly relaxing, with great amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe.

Families will definitely enjoy their time here.

The onsen was the best part of the stay, with a really interesting design and nice colors. , the hotel's location in the historic city area was very convenient, and the staff was adequate and helpful.

The guest room was just average, with a single plain bed and an outside view of the average residential area. , the room was cold, especially in the bathroom and entryway.
