we recently stayed at Shan's Lodge and had a wonderful experience. the room was incredibly spacious with a large and comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath. the host was very friendly, and the location right across from Lake Hayes was ideal. we also appreciated the breakfast items provided and the convenience of having a washing machine available.

The room at the Shan's Lodge was incredibly spacious, with a huge and cozy bed that made me feel right at home. the kitchenette was a great touch, and the bathroom was modern and luxurious. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the breakfast options available.

The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but others may enjoy them.

I couldn't believe my luck when I arrived at this hidden gem. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at home. The staff made sure my every need was taken care of, and the rooms were absolutely perfect. The location, away from the city hustle, provided a serene and majestic view of Lake Hayes. I can't recommend this place enough!

It was a perfect spot for a morning run with an accessible 8km track just across the road. The lodge itself was situated right opposite the lake, offering a lovely walking track that guests could enjoy. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hosts provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

The kitchen and living room were not available for guests to use at night, which limited the opportunity to socialize with others and share travel stories.

The view from the lodge was incredible, with mountains and a lake in sight. the room offered two great facilities, a washing machine, and a cooktop.

The room was not as expected, the bed sheets were stained and the overall cleanliness was poor. the distance from the city was too far away and the bus service was not reliable.
