our recent stay at Spire was exceptional. the staff was excellent, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. the room was comfortable, clean, and serviced promptly. breakfast was delicious, prepared to order, and the amenities were top-notch. overall, this felt like a honeymoon suite and was the highlight of our New Zealand holiday.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being both cozy and spacious. the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making sure all my needs were met. the location, right in the center of town, was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the nearby lakeside.

Our family had a blast at the Triplets Hotel – it was truly a family-friendly oasis in the bustling city. the spacious rooms allowed for some much-needed breathing room, and the kids absolutely loved the entertainment options available. the complimentary breakfast was a hit with everyone, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for kids.

Always stay here. First visit, staff helped with directions. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, spa, laundry. No pets, aircon. Love it! Coming back for Christmas.

Our stay at the Spire Hotel was absolutely amazing. the reception staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious and cozy with a lovely fireplace, and the complimentary minibar was a nice touch. the breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served excellent meals at reasonable prices. the location was perfect, close to landmarks like the Moa Statue and G Force Paragliding for family bonding. the spa and wellness center provided a great relaxation spot after a day of exploring. Lighting in the room could be a bit brighter, but overall, our experience was exceptional.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right in the center of town, close to all the good restaurants and just steps from the lakeside. It allows for easy exploration of the area and convenient access to all the popular attractions. The rooms are not only enormous but also beautifully decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. In addition, the restaurant downstairs, No 5, offers delicious and satisfying meals.

The rooms facing the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy due to the bustling lane outside. However, the hotel staff are quick to address this issue and are willing to relocate guests to a quieter room upon request.

the room was stunning, with exclusive amenities such as a spacious seating area and a private bathroom with heated towel racks. the Spa & wellness centre, Massage and private facilities added to the hotel's luxurious experience. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. the hotel's location advantage was amazing, close to all the popular attractions.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. the location was very convenient, close to the water and plenty of restaurants and shops. the breakfast was tasty and could be ordered to the room if needed.

We also had to pay extra for parking, which was a bit of a surprise. while the hotel was nice, the negative experience with the staff made our weekend less enjoyable.
