The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right in the center of town, close to all the good restaurants and just steps from the lakeside. It allows for easy exploration of the area and convenient access to all the popular attractions. The rooms are not only enormous but also beautifully decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. In addition, the restaurant downstairs, No 5, offers delicious and satisfying meals.

The rooms facing the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy due to the bustling lane outside. However, the hotel staff are quick to address this issue and are willing to relocate guests to a quieter room upon request.

Excellent central location with beautiful views of the church and vicarage. Friendly staff left a special surprise for our celebration. Fantastic breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Modern and comfortable rooms with ample storage space. Helpful and welcoming staff throughout our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. The room was stunning, with exclusive amenities such as a spacious seating area and a private bathroom with heated towel racks. The Spa & wellness centre, Massage and private facilities added to the hotel's luxurious experience. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The hotel's location advantage was amazing, close to all the popular attractions. The staff provided impeccable service and were always willing to go out of their way to help.

Although our stay was remarkable, there was one minor issue. The hotel did not offer special diet menus, which was slightly disappointing for us.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. The location was very convenient, close to the water and plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was tasty and could be ordered to the room if needed.

The staff were very unfriendly and rude, which really put a damper on our stay. We also had to pay extra for parking, which was a bit of a surprise.
